At Minimoo, we are committed to your satisfaction. We offer a return service only and do not facilitate direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Return Process:

  1. Self-Service Returns: To initiate a return, please log into your account on our official website, go to “My Orders,” and apply for a return. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your package. Requests made beyond this period will not be accepted.
  2. Condition of Returned Items: All items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Once your return is received and meets our conditions, we will provide a one-time return label. Print this label and send back the item in its complete original packaging.
  3. Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. After initiating the return, please ship the item back within 14 days. If the return is not shipped within this timeframe, the return process will be automatically closed.

Refund Process:

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund within several business days. The refund will reflect the prices stated on your purchase (any discounts applied), excluding any shipping costs. You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed and the refund issued.

Timely Claims and Proof of Issue:

  • To ensure a smooth return process, we require customers to report any issues related to non-receipt, quality, or sizing within 14 days of the recorded delivery date. Please provide adequate proof (such as photos or detailed descriptions) of any defects or mismatches upon claim. Claims or return requests reported after this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund, as it becomes challenging to verify the conditions under which the items have been stored or used.
